Not in any way diluting the fact that this is utterly pathetic I wonder:
(a) how many parcels have to be checked? (b) how many folks there are to check them? (c) how long the time & motion study gives them for that check? (d) what the targets are for the number/rate of checks? (e) is there a bonus scheme/payment for doing more/faster checks? (f) how much these folks are paid? (g) what the staff turnover is like and therefore how much new training is needed? (h) how is the process for each parcel logged and recorded? (i) what/how many management checks are done on the checkers? Andy. |

Hermes are the worst carrier company by far, I have so much stuff gone missing that they were supposed to deliver I have lost count.
They get the business because they undercut most of the others. |
