Default average age of the 75 driver

during my enjoyable trip to sainsburys with the wife
i nice elderly gentleman came up to me in the carpark and said not seen one of them for ages, looked inside and all over it.
i explained it was a rolling project but im getting there, nice to see a british car still on the road etc
and then hit me with are you not a bit young to be driving a 75!
im 49 more or less retired bit of grey hair slim 6FT 2
i just wondered what the ages are of the many 75 drivers out there

Bought at 48 and now I’m 53.
I’ve been buying BL cars since I was 17. Austin 1100 cost me £35.

Old man's car? It's just another form of badge snobbery that I detest.
Well theres no badges on mine anywhere on the outside,so it kees some people guessing what it is anyway😄

Default average age of the 75 driver

I’m probably the youngest rover 75 owner of being 16 but getting my first 75 at 14
My first Rover 75 what I got at 14

My second Rover 75 what I got at 15

My third Rover 75 what I got at 16 and I’m keeping for the rest of my life

But my first ever Rover was a 1987 Rover Mini what I bought when I was 9 years old and is sat next to the Capri there not old man cars there amazing cars and are definitely A Class Of It’s Own

Similarly, Rover2003 on the forum also has a 75 that he'll hopefully be driving when he gets his license.

Probably and can’t wait 😊

I don’t understand why the 75 is classed as a old mans car yes it got chrome and wooden dash I personally like the classy look of the car reminds me of the p4 and p6
