Default a big thanks to SMC trading

I needed a cover plate for my drivers lock- the X part option being a lock barrel at £53.

anyway , SMC trading fixed me up with the bits I needed Free of charge, and I should imagine they would have been quite fiddley to remove. ( managed to fit them without losing the spring anyway !!)

Thanks again chaps

Happy to help, glad you were able to put it all back together.

Thanks also to "Greeners" who removed it for us

David - how confident were you of removing it without losing the spring- I filled the spring recess with grease to hold it in when fitting it

On the basis that there's a spring in there, a bit of gentle leverage to reduce the springs tension was all that was required.......
