Default Surrey Meet - 10th May @ Ye Olde Six Bells Pub, Horley

***

After the positive reaction to the hastily arranged get-together last month, I think there's enough interest for at very least a bi-monthly meet!

As such, the next meet for all you guys in Surrey / Sussex / Kent and South London will be;

10:30am for 11:00am on Sunday 10th May

at

Ye Olde Six Bells Pub, Horley

The postcode for your Sat-Nav is RH6 8AD

They do a superb Sunday Lunch with all the trimmings at £7.25 if you fancy it, or we can just grab a drink or two.. Entirely up to you

Everyone's welcome - I'm hoping to get at least a dozen cars along this time, and we'll make this a regular thing. Put your name down if you can make it - Should be a great afternoon all round.

You could always buy my Dad's Facelift Firefrost ZT-T CDTI 135+ when he sells it next year.

Cheers mate! I just love the look of the 75/ZT - I think the rear is one of the best designed beautiful "rear ends" of any saloon made. I love the colour too.

I'm kinda specific about what I want.. Must be a Facelift ZT CDTi Auto Saloon in a Monogramme colour.. Prefereably Bittersweet.. I'll never find one, I know!

You're right, the rear really makes the car stand out from BMW's and Mercs.. It's timeless.. And Firefrost Red & Trophy Blue just seem to suit the ZT something rotten!

Funny you should say that, I was daydreaming about what to have next, and I thought I'd look for a nice Jag as I'd just watched Top Gear where Clarkson drives that twin turbo V6 diesel for something crazy like 800 miles on a single tank to turn on the Blackpool Illuminations..?

Anyway, I had a look for any Diesel Auto Jag, 2002 onwards, for under £7K.. Do you know how many there were for sale on Autotrader in the whole country? 1! Beggar that.. I'll stick with a 75 in that case..
