Default BMW brake calipers but can you use BMW discs?

Having completed my zt190 brake upgrade I am wondering as the calipers are BMW 330 ones will 330 BMW discs fit? Does anyone know

Yes - but I wouldn't want to. Would have to be VERY accurate.

calipers / pads are same as BMW. but discs are different on a standard 75 (I think they maybe vented on the rear on a BMW).
Don't know about a 190 though.

So i can use the pads though?

I work for BMW and get a good discount hence my question.
