FBH pcb repairs
Start of this year I noticed my fbh wasn't working correctly, after fitting a new pump in the rear, I then had the pcb sent off for a repair, get the board back test it and it works.
Now winters arriving I've tested the burner again and it wouldn't fire up, proceeded to remove the fuse for 30 mins and retry, all works spot on, tried again later than day, worked again. Following morning when the car was flat cold, wouldn't fire. Try a quick 2 min fuse reset, still refused to fire. Runs for around 2mins 10 seconds. The unit has never been serviced, I sent the unit to webastorepairs.co.uk and they sent me it back "fixed". Does this sound like a pcd issue or would a service help the issue. or are there any other tests to carry out. Also does anyone know of any reputable pcb services Regards Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk |

FBH pcb repairs
I have always used French Mike on here for pcb repairs, never had an issue and none of our fuel burners have been serviced, they just work as they should.
It’s difficult to assess the fbh without plugging into T4 as it could be a few things that are causing the problem. I would check the dosing pump first seeing as it is firing up and working intermittently. A trip to see big Russ would be the best bet, it would take all the guess work out!
