Well, you need to sit down before reading the following list .... Are you ready?
1) 4x Door Cards
2) Centre Console ( if the same as LHD )
3) Brake disc? How worn are them? I have the same wheels, my car is a 03 R75 2.5 v6 auto . If the brake calipers are different, those also.
4) Exhaust trim on both sides. I can buy the entire bumper and you keep it after the trim is removed
5) Side lamp ( from the front fenders ); if they are in one piece and you sell them as individual .
6) Windscreen trim
7) Ehm..Matrix heater? The radiator from the inside that is providing hot air.
8) Please check first - front windows door actuators - be sure they are working smooth and without strange sound
9) Front door seals if they have fabric material on them

What I did was this, Buy a left hand side heat shield, Get a grinder cut a small piece of the side of the shield too make it look like the right shiled. .

File it down make it look neat and tidy there you go you now have a right side heat shield using a left one and its cheaper.

On Christine I've upgraded too 190 brake set up too do this you will need 190 calliper's, 190 brakes hoses and 190 brake discs and pads.

and then you can enjoy the extra stopping power.

I`m ordering mine as we speak. Just one thing, if the pipes in the link you provided are compatible with all of the R75/ZT range of engines, why do they need replacing in the first place? Speaking for the rear ones. I can provide the brake calipers from a scrapyard , maybe I can find one around here. I`ll have a look tomorrow.

When I bought the calipers and the 190 set up I bought brand new brake hoses as well.

I can't remember if I bought them because I wanted too go full hog on the system or was it because the hoses from the diesel set wasn't compatible.

I just went straight on 190 brakes everything, even put brand new brake pipes as well I wanted too be 100% functional at the time.

It did its job I can tell and sure did safe me a few times.

I`m looking for the brake upgrade for the same reason. Having a heavy right foot , I`m in need of hard braking in the city most of the time. You will not believe how smooth a KV6 can be with 10-15 full kickdowns / day . Is it possible for you to cut another RH trim? If you did it before, you already know the method

Alex.

Jesus below -10c now that's freezing your nutz off weather.

I'll see what I can do with the heat shield.
