Navall 3 Slow Speech

As per heading the voice announcements have gone on go slow. I'm nearly at my destination by the time she's finished the directions !!!

Also when I'm on a journey the screen keeps going black, and just showing a round clock face middle of screen. I have to tap screen to make it change back again. Very frustrating when your on a roundabout.

Any Help welcome

Hi Alf,

Did you uninstall your previous version before installing the new copy I sent you?

Sounds like you have the older version of Primo running

If you press once in the bottom right hand corner of the screen it won't go blank anymore on tha current journey.

The slow speech is Igo related. I use Tom-tom and is perforce in speech, road names and integration with volume on the Navall 3

The new version of Primo doesn't do this, 'Tis why I asked if Alf had removed the previous version before installing his new copy

I find the TTS voices to be a pain as well in Primo, Stick to the natural voices, you do lose street name announcement but it doesn't suffer the other problems

I Thought I uninstalled the old copy but I will go through Apsinstaller and double check.

Looks like I haven't got the latest version either.

How can I get it please?

Jeff, the replacement unit you sent me had the new Primo according to Sean and it still had the slow voice problem, thats why i changed to Tom-tom.

I know,
That's why I said I don't use the TTS voices

They shouldn't have the screen going black when on a route though
