You've picked a good weekend Jeff - forecast for the Broads tomorrow is unbroken sunshine, albeit not red hot!
Enjoy your new found relaxation break.

Hope so as I'm on my own this weekend so no deck hand

I'm here and the dehumidifier and tube heaters have done a great job, nice and warm and no damp at all

Good evening all. Had a night out last night g/son's 18th. If any of you food lovers want a substantial meal i can recommend Grills steakhouse Pontypridd.
I had the smallest mixed grill "20oz" in need of a sofa to lie down after.
They do a "60oz"mixed grill, also a "60oz"steak meal. Walls covered with photos of BIG men attempting to break record. I think they have website if you want to book. Also do very LARGE burgers for the kids.

Just consumed two lots of pie and mushy peas (wind warning out for North Yorkshire tonight) plus a large piece of birthday cake (encased in chocolate icing). Got back home from the party and the wife suggested I could have a bacon butty for my tea - well, you can't refuse can you?
Now for the cider and snooker - in that order
