How would this virtual open minded room work, where access allows for the discussion of anything from politics to sex and bad language, UKIP But I do wonder how it would be monitored/policed for race hate or bullying, or would it be an open house for such talk?

I can't see it coming off. Although one advantage Andy is that the far right would have somewhere to go and preach

I used to hate most of my customers, especially when dealing with rubbish and wanting us to sort out their lives for them (Whoops sorry, naughty word) fell like I'm treading on thin ice, sorry

Rich,
Reading your posts have made me think of the time that i went through in the early 80s. My wife and i lost both of our parents in 18mths. With regards to my father my memories are of a man who worked 50yrs underground and always did the hardest jobs, working on the coal face,he was also a drinker 15/20 pints was his regular intake. But he always give me the good advice of,if drink interferes with your work, don't drink. I had 2 brothers who could keep up with him drinking, he called me the black sheep of the family as i liked vodka and lemonade. I still smile when i think back when in the club he would say "your not sitting by here drinking that". When he was bedridden the last 6mths of his life,i was the one who had to see to his needs,as my brothers could not do it,i think this was the only time he showed me any emotion.
I still now 30yrs later think back, and wish i had showed him how much i admired him and his life. Like i said 50yrs underground never missed a days work, never had a holiday (did not trust anyone to look after his pigeons), and i was always being told by other old men, "the best footballer Rhymney ever produced".
The time will come when you will sit and think of the good memories as i do.
John.
