Hi,
Last year I had my first 75's ATF changed by Kingsbury in Hampton http://www.gkingsbury.co.uk/ They seemed to know what they were doing being a former Rover dealership. This may be a little out of your way though. Closer to home (yours) Corin Messenger has a good reputation on this forum although I am not sure how much work he does these days. https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=2785 I have read and re read various forum how to's on this job and will probably do the change on my latest 75 soon. Good luck, let us all know how you get on and who does it for you. Dud. Last edited by Dudders; 10th August 2013 at 20:09.. Reason: Typo's |

I'm not sure why you need a specialist? It's a simple job to change the gearbox oil and and local garage mechanic will able to do it.

I asked my local garage and they said they are not happy to do that.
They know the method how to do it but they never done any auto gearbox fluid change. So they advised to call some1 with experience. I was reading horror stories about faulty gearboxes after fluid change. Some people needed new gearboxes...or full rebuilt... £ 1000- £ 1600 I think better if some1 who knows what to do ( who done it before and confident with knowledge ) will do anything around my gearbox. This is not a kind of DIY job. I have no any ramp, I have no tools, and I have no the knowledge and I have no any experience about the car service. But good luck for the brave ones. I dont mind to spend a few quid for my peace of mind and for some warranty. |

These people could be a bit too far for you but they changed my auto fluid. They also have a T4 which I believe they use when they change fluid. http://www.appledevelopment.co.uk/
