if I was to put 190 brakes on my diesel would I need new hoses?

They're shown as a different part number but I kept the original ones when I put 190 discs on the front of mine. Checked it from lock to lock and not rubbing or straining anywhere. Been on about 5 years now with no problems.

If you're going to the trouble of replacing the brakes you should consider fitting a set of Goodridge braided hoses all round.
They're showing up as only £74.95 from a quick ebay search (link) If you go down this route, look for a set with this part number - SRV0751-4P. There are other variants advertised for the ZT which have the wrong connectors fitted.

Not sure what alloys you have but make sure they will clear the bigger calipers.
