Default Essex BBQ meet June. Date to be notified

I am looking at a village hall, Purleigh nr Maldon for an afternoon-evening BBQ
a Saturday in June
Large Hall in case of rain, tables/ chairs etc
Large car park
Large grass area for BBQs, gazebos, sitting in sun [hopefully]
Toilets inc disabled
Kitchen with hot water urn
can have trade stands inside/outside
Will have a Vis tester on hand for V6s
have had quote of £12 per hour, thinking a Saturday in June, 2pm - 10pm
= 8 hrs X £12 = £96

if we only got 10 cars x 2 people at £5 head = £100 I think we could multiply that a few times?
The more that came the lower the cost, we could then cover food etc and or give all profits as a donation to the club?
If any one local, Lewis, Steve or Andy? or anybody else wants to come and look over the facilities please pm me, [several heads better than one]
I won't take bookings yet as no date booked but apparently all Sats avail in June.

Sounds good, but will prob be a couple of saturdays in June that I can't do owing to it being our 10th wedding anniversary and she may want to go further away than Maldon!

If you have had 10 already she should be bowing to your will by now

Are you saying that you don't know which Saturday your wedding anniversary is on

Sounds good to me, Dave (thanks for the message) - June's pretty clear at present, so no probs for us. Location sounds fine... just a spoonful of diesel away! Thanks for the researching and remember I'm happy to help in any way I can.
