Default replace frontbumper

I had to change some front bulbs so i followed "Meerkat.s how to remove the frontbumper" in YouTube"

That means only the screws of the upper side of the bumper, to day i wanted to replace the frontbumper .
But alas i did'nt succeed that's much more difficult than to remove the bumper.
To replace the bumber, the screws at the bottom of the bumper must also be removed ?

The bumper removal is not so difficult but how the replace?
Meerkat,s sugestion in "YouTube" with only removing the upper screws : perhaps for removing is that enough but when you want to replace the bumper you must on your knees for the screws at the bottom, only the screws fixed on the bumper, the other ones are rosted and immovable.
But thanks for the link...........

Your first mistake was the meerkat video you watched. Be careful with his videos. Some are simply dangerous, other's border on the illegal!

HERE is a more useful video.
