It is although the seats are more personalised.
Apparently it was a VIP but the new owner didn't really know what it was & had it stripped & rebuilt. It's not a VIP any more as all the distinguishing features of a VIP are gone, cosmetically speaking. There has been much discussion in the P6 world about it.
