knob of the weeks goes to me!
It is only Monday but knob of the weeks goes to me!
I changed the rails and switches from one rear internal light cluster to another. The lugs that hold the cluster in place are a weak point, so I thought I'd reinforce them. I put some Araldite standard (yuk stuff) between two of the lugs. Alas it ran while setting and stuck the bit you push on to turn the light on and off Time spent with a Stanley knife blade and I've managed to free it. macafee2 |

Hello knobby. I think we have all done goofy things and made two jobs out of one. I know I have but I am not saying.

Lost track of the times I’ve wired up some lead or other then realised I should have slid the sleeve/cover on the cable first.......
Most recent is carefully tightening up a nut to the correct torque, and finding the spanner I’d put on the bolt head to stop it turning was completely jammed against the bulkhead. But looking on the bright side, I’m retired, so have plenty of time to sort out my c**k ups.
