Matt tried to pm you but says you are out of space. I need a set of V6 fixing clips for the V6 stat to be posted with the solenoid I ordered. Can you get in touch.

I've only come across one car in the past twelve years brought to me with a defective 2 4 solenoid, so much so, I can remember the place and time.

It was at Harrier Road Barton on Humber, and the owner had travelled from CO.Durham, in a JFM blue diesel automatic, and the owners name was Scott.

It can't be that commonplace if you bear in mind the amount of 75 automatics I've had hooked up to T4

Probably why they were glad to get shot of them .
They are readily available and will be for quite a while.

We sell about 10-15 per week through the usual channels, so they're quite a regularly needed part.
Our supplier of these regularly runs dry, so it's hardly a case of getting shot of some - they've ordered in a larger batch than usual, so offered out some discounts.
