Battery change / no remote locking

Changed the car battery but remote locking not working now but everything else is. Tried the recommended resynch but no joy - any ideas peeps?

Does it unlock from the fobs and locking work off the button by the handbrake is ok...?

Sorry Intruder I'm not sure what you mean? The central locking works with the key in the door but not through the remote. Why do you mention the handbrake?

I have a problem along the same lines.. but its not the same issue as mine.. My fob's unlock the car fine but wont lock, key unlocks all the doors but only locks the drivers, yet the locking button by the handbrake functions correctly...
Sorry for an confusion...

Noticed that the locking also doesn't work from the button by the handbrake - what does this point to

i would try a battery reset .... follow the shut procedures and have your radio code to hand ,

This happened to me the first time I disconnected the car battery (not sure about the centre console button not working - I never tried it) but I did lose the ability to remote lock the car.

The re-sync / reset procedures didn't work for me - eventually I had to have a T4 session which disabled and then re-enabled the keys that were linked to the car. This cleared it and I regained remote locking.

Although for me, an additional battery reset did not clear the fault, it may be worth a try.

This is getting more bizarre - my front window opening has been reversed so the left button opens the right window and vice versa. Also my aircon has stopped blowing cold

You reckon a T4 session for a reset?
