Default Sat nav cd stuck

How to get the sat nav cd disc out of the device in the boot, its got power to it, the disc is spinning, but when you press the eject button nowt happens?, is there any other way to get the cd out?

On a compter cd player there is a little hole in the front, if you stick a paper clip in, it opens the drawer, Ive no idea if your cars system is the same, but might be worth a look........failing that try and "google" your problem, or get hold of a manual/instructions off the internet

are the lights flashing on it.

does the sat nav work ?

The red power light is on constant, the eject button is also lit up, no the sat nav dont work, it comes up with "please insert disc" and yes there is definatly a disc in

Sometimes you just need to keep your finger pressed a bit longer. As there is no tray, try a thin bit of card whilst pressing the button to tease it out
