No surprise really, No one would entertain the uk at this moment in time with what’s going on politically.

More than likely had a large monetary incentive to go there from the EU

seen the s type in one of our local supermarkets and it looked nice with the retracting door handles then i looked on line about them and about the doctor that crashed his into a palm tree in florida and the car burst into flames and the emergency services could not get him out as the doors would not unlock and he was burnt beyond recognition rgds mark

The new factory is the fruits of a long standing trade negotiation. I imagine substantial monetary exchanges have been made.

With 10000 core jobs and probably the same again in the supply chain, then begs the question as to why the UK did not make more of ‘long standing trade negotiations, and even more ‘substantial monetary exchanges’?

I know somebody who has a Tesla as a company car, it works for him but he reckons he would never have one if he was spending his own money. As he put it the build quality it typical American. Everything feels fragile and though it looks good does not feel it will last.

He does not use it at weekends and pleasure trips even though he is aloud too. He prefers to use his ICE car.

There have been other trade agreements made, with both UK and mainland continental interests benefitting, that have been allowed and placed in certain areas despite questionable adherence to stated policy. Depends which way the wind blows.
