I feel lucky, just as well Marinabrian and Trikey didn't do a 160 upgrade in Holland otherwise I might have had Christmas present from them?

If I were you, I would phone the number on the demand for payment, and ask if they sent the supposed first demand ,registered post, with a signature required.?Also you could ask if the same rule as in GB applies,I.E. the summons must be served and arrive within a fourteen day period, same as in GB.

You would be wasting your money. No good having upgrade and only pootling around in fourth gear. Didn’t you know there are FIVE gears on your car? To slow to catch a cold sitting in your pew.

Well as I was feeling left out by Mr Del Monte getting a demand letter in Dutch, I got one of my very own today.......dated 17-12-19, how awesome is that?, arriving a day before it was printed

It's been paid, I have the receipt of payment from my bank dated 3rd December, I'm not going to enter into correspondence with the Dutch authorities, nor waste any more time thinking about it.

You simply couldn't make it up, it would appear the Dutch are even more inept than the British when it comes to bureaucracy........roll on our exit from the EU I say

Yea. They won’t be able to get your details from the DVLA hopefully.
