I ordered two in the black Friday sale, but am waiting for the warmer weather to fit them. I believe my n/s is a bit lazy, but its not on the urgent list.
Will be able to report back in the spring! |

How about these Rob?
LINK. I paid less than £60 for a pair of dampers, but they lasted not particularly well.......something like this THIS about 25K and 11 months. However if you are willing to take a chance, and at the price with a 1 year guarantee, how about THESE To be fair, "OEM" is meaningless out of context, the actual OEM to Rover were Delphi, are the ones you linked to from DMGRS, are these Delphi?? Pay your money and take your chance is my recommendation, or ask the question of the supplier first to see what the answer is Brian |

I've had a pair of DMGRS rear shocks fitted to my ZT 180 auto for about three years now - no complaints and am very happy with the handling. I replaced the rear springs at the same time with items from Rimmers.

They didn't carry any obvious branding, so I suspected (but have absolutely no knowledge either way) they may be Chinese. I can only say that they have performed well so far.

Just because it's a little cheaper, doesn't mean it's bad - if you saw how many parts we reject and consign to the bin on inspection you'd agree that quality is top of the list for us. These are a well-priced replacement that do the job perfectly - I had a set on my ZT-T for 55,000 miles before she was sold, and they were still absolutely fine (including carrying some serious loads to Germany and back several times).
