No more posts and leaving the club.
I have decided I am not going to post anymore on here and I am going to leave the club.
I do not look at the forum to see another member having a go about my car on multiple occasions. Despite previous threads being closed this member seems to have the need to post comments in other posts which obviously relate to Wurzel. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but sometimes if you have nothing nice to say it is best to say nothing. I will post Zed The Ted back to Freddie as soon as I am able to. Thank you |

This is an all too familiar situation on groups / clubs.
I have been made to feel quite small by some on here in the past, but have remained a member, in part to meet with other members and share knowledge. What we should try to remember as best we can is - we are all different, have the benefit of opinions and the option to air them, some have a more abrasive attitude than others, some are plainly motivated to profit either financially or influence. All walks of life are audience to our posts. Sometimes constructive criticism can be mis-interpreted or just plain rude. I will be the first to admit "I get things wrong" sometimes, can have a poor attitude towards folks, but this is usually for a reason and always happy to resolve the issue where possible. I for one have enjoyed reading the journey you have endured with Worzel, and happy to have supplied the odd bit and a piece to you over the years. It is a shame that this decision has been reached, but you are the best judge of the situation, and your best path forwards - I will miss your posts and photos. Most importantly, stay safe and well and keep "Nevving" ! |

That is such a shame,To leave a club because some Numpty is so obviously jealous of your lovely car.
Had I no need for a car as a daily driver I would have bitten your hand off to own Wurzel. I know that as a daily I could never keep it to the standard you have. Dont be a stranger.

Sad to hear this. I always enjoyed reading your posts, and your beautiful car Wurzel. Wurzel is a credit to you.

A sad read really and such a shame as this member has obviously enjoyed sharing his love for his vehicle over the years and the immense effort he has made to keep such a superb example on the road. Well, not just on the road of course! Where will we be without the latest "Nevving" reports, all of which were a pleasure to read and an embarrassment to many who perhaps should have got the shampoo and wax out a bit more frequently! Whatever you do, wherever you go remember the vast majority on here will miss your photos, posts and experiences. If you do go you will be fondly remembered by the many
