Whilst doing the underseat airbag connectors, after the handbrake compensator (if not already done), how about floor lighting -

haha, you read my mind, just sourced some really good led lights that have a diffuser built in so they're not quite so 'in yer face'. I like everything I do to look like it might have been a factory option so I'm going to get some kick panel lenses from another car and fit the led's to them then fit them into the kick panels so it just has a warm glow into the wells (not too bright as in your picture... no offense of course if these are yours) these can be wired into the side light circuit for a permanent glow when lights are on only.

Quite a few of us have the ambient lighting mod, leds fitted under the interior door handles

They aren't bright ,they look bright due to the auto exposure of the camera meter lol. They are a good on the floor, making them useful if searching for.dropped.objects on the floor etc, or even getting into the car with groceries (a passenger that is). They only illuminate with the interior lights, though.
