First MOT for my 75
Since buying the 75 CDTi Contemp, last year, I booked it in for a full service and mot. Went through with flying colours and no advisories. Mechanis said it was a solid tidy motor.
Insurence in 3 weeks. Cheapest is still Swift Cover after searching compare sites and other companies I've seen mentioned on the forum. £90 more than last year £440 basic. But with all the talk of insurence rises, its like being held to ransom for driving a car. I even looked up insurence for a basic cheap run around and that was nearly £300. Those days have gone. At least I'm driving a car that makes me smile

Great to hear the car passed jay,but to be optimistic it always would, with decent maintenance these cars will impress most testers
Regarding insurance I have remained with direct line,no other company seems to compare, but I'm lucky enough to have a full NCB and a clean licence |

I can recommed SwiftCover.
I had a BIG accident (which frankly, I probably caused). I was sued left, right and centre. [I know, it's bad, please don't give me a row!] They took care of the whole thing (from taking away my mangled Merc) to settling the £60k lawsuit I was hit with. They might be cheap, but I found them to be excellent when it counted. PS No, I don't work for them! |
