The good thing about the space saver spare is that it forces you to repair the puncture. I wonder how many people get caught out with a second puncture and have to call out the services because the spare is still flat.

This all came up on watchdog a few weeks ago. Penny pinching by motor manufacturers who no longer include a spare wheel with a new car. It was quite an interesting article and gave us all another chance to see the delectable Anne Robinson grill a representative from the motor industry.
Love to see them squirm in front of Ms Robinson....
