Perhaps your French rates are better but our Swedish ones are truly appalling, the IPK I sent yesterday cost £25 but weighed nothing. When Stocktake sends me VIS motors I notice he pays £10 or thereabouts, but when I send them to him it's double or more. Sweden is not cheap.

Rather annoying when parts are generally dropping in price!

I wouldn't be surprised if other companies are increasing the prices to match, it's not been small increases.
Hi Matt, actually looked at your breathers first which were cheaper but then needed the gauze filters too which meant Rimmer’s. But most happy with the service you’ve given to me and local members I’ve recommended. Spent the last two days fixing an ABS fault with new brake shields & shoes kit provided by you.

One thing I don’t believe is fair is that some UK businesses offer free UK delivery but not Europe obviously nothing is free, at the end of the day all customers have to pay it, domestic or foreign.

Rimmer’s used to do this year’s ago: order for over a £100 to get free delivery to Sweden. And I used it on several occasions, it was never a problem to find things that would need fixing within 12 months especially if you’ve got four Rover 75s outside the house.

I do the same when we order groceries from Bristol, free delivery to Sweden on orders over £100, sometimes we are well over £200.

Perhaps something you could look into and might encourage higher volume orders instead of several small orders. Just an idea. But please continue with your “group buys”.

Regards

Hello there, I'll bear that in mind - thank you

Rates have become absolutely absurd for us to many areas recently, oddly enough postage to Australia, New Zealand and some other far-flung areas have actually decreased in price slightly.

Plenty more Group Buys coming in 2019!
