To be honest I can't see TOAF being much use with this fault. It will of course tell you that the fuel pressure is low but you know that already.
On the control side of the relay you should have a constant live and the earth side is switched by the ECM. Check for the live and if that is good earth the return wire. If the pumps run then either the wire is open circuit going from the relay to the ECM or the ECM itself is faulty. Test the return wire for continuity - if you are lucky you may just have to replace it and your ECM is good. |
