Default second motor

i bought this as a donor today for less than 200 quid, its better than first thought. the lad i bought it off said the battery was not holding charge something about the radio causing it ...? anyhow i drove it home and apart from the exhaust blowing everything seemed fine. got it home checked the plenums ,the one nearest the passenger wing needed clearing others fine. The wheels could do with cleaning, bit of water getting in around the rear number plate lights. will have another dig round tomoz sure to be something else, the problem now is do i get it through an mot or use it as a donor..?

Looks like it once had an owner who cared for it enough to do a bit of detailing to the grille and under the bonnet. Maybe their taste was a bit questionable (imo) but it's the thought that counts.

That looks like it's got the makings of a good motor, be a shame to scrap for something so minor as a battery drain.

Just chuck it in for an MOT and see if there's anything major wrong with it, if not a quick tidy up, some decent wheels and that will look great.

Looks good for that amount of cash, you could get that back on steering wheel and gear knob, grill Etc.

I think it's gorgeous - if it were me I'd be getting it through an MOT.

Nice find
