congrats on the pass...mine passed re-test yesterday on the tyres...so all in all not a bad result for the both of us.

Just had mine done today and it passed with one advisory-- slight play in the steering rack joint, but I had replaced the front discs and the drop links today before putting it in for the test

See more and more tyres these days with cracks between the tread, not necessarily an mot fail though

I've got a mix if cheap Chinese and Taiwanese jobs fitted so I'm buying contis with 6 to 7 mm and will have them put on when I get the alloys refurbed so no problem there.
