Nooooo, I cant have Overhaulin', it is just too American lol. Car SOS is more of a restoration though rather than customisation.

So sad to see Ed China leaving, Wheeler dealers will be like "Tea without biscuits" I won't be watching the new series, now that wheeler Dealers is operating some type of Pre Project Drive of its own☹️

That's a shame although the format was getting a little tired IMO. I think it was a mistake to take it to the US, somehow when the discovery channel is involved things tend to go confrontational & belly up.

I totally agree, they lost there way when going to USA all the time, I got bored fast, and when they started buying Ferraris and lambos. Stick to the original format buying 1k to 5k cars

Oh no, I love this show, and I won't be watching without Ed. I always thought all the other car shows out there were too much talk and not enough showing you the work. Ed was really passionate and I enjoyed his top tips! I totally understand his reasons and hope he does something on his own that we can tune into. I won't be bothering with the show without him.

As others have said a real pity, I've met Ed and he's a really nice chap. His style doesn't come across as patronising like many shows.

The best car show in my book is chasing classic cars, another presenter that doesn't treat you like an idiot or look up barn find hunter on youtube also, they are good little 15 minute shows

Shame he is off he seemed a very knowledgeable guy and despite all the clever tricky of program making and editing (and I am sure help in the background) his pieces to camera were informative and he gave good tips too.

I did lose interest in the show a while back and the USA stuff kind of finished it off for me.

Will look out to see what the future offers him on screen.

car s.o.s could be a great show if it didn't have Tim d*****g around "blagging" parts and services , it just looks so false and contrived , just spoils a good show.

Another series ruined by discovery Edd will be missed and brewer will just get fatter. I have also noticed Tim and fuzz have a new workshop and tool branding is creeping in, so expect it to go the same way as wheeler dealers.

So it seems there has been a bit of tension between the two (reading between the lines)

But death threats and abuse, not on.
