Mg gear knob removal
As above any tips for removal?

I had a fun time trying to release mine by hand. Resorted to a piece of 2 x 1 and a lump hammer with repeated success. Car in 1st gear, 2 x 1 on metal Base of gear knob a couple of restrained but sharp taps from lump hammer from drivers footwell and away it came. Mabey I was lucky but worth a go if all else fails and no risk of a self inflicted smack in the face.
