Rain has arrived here.

Quizzie's curled up fast asleep after her morning walk.

Sounds like one or two on here would happily join her

A great photo Steve, which one do we have here?

Afternoon Ian, I think it shows that when someone is down on their luck for what ever reason, people do care. It’s not all about cars or making a fast buck, friends matter more. That’s I think for what it is worth.

Driving back last night from the restaurant, the dashboard lights and the tail lights suddenly failed, could be a fuse and hopefully not too difficult to sort out. Brake lights, indicator lights, headlights working okay. Fortunately I didn’t have far to drive.

That's Pops (Poppy) Phil. Started getting her professionally groomed again as she's a nightmare to do at home. We clipped her during lockdown but it was difficult to say the least, she gets very wound up and upset, no idea why, think she just doesn't like being manhandled. Jim and Grant (the groomers) have a reputation for being able to deal with difficult dogs. Suzy and Maya are easy to do at home, Suzy is so laid back she just lets you get on with it (sits looking at you with her tongue sticking out!), Maya is ok until she gets bored and starts fidgeting

When I was a kid we had a cat that was the most inept bird catcher going. He'd run down the garden path on his back feet with the front legs flailing around trying to catch a bird. If there was a bird on the lower branches of a bush he'd jump up to try and catch it, the birds just moved a couple of branches higher.

The squirrels do similar when I'm out walking Meg, as she gets close, they move a few feet out of reach then just sit there
