Morning all.

Lovely one here - for now. This afternoon's not looking too nice.

Ian - I refuse to have anything to do with Amazon mainly because I have a big issue with their profits vs tax and staff conditions. I know that one bloke's stand is irrelevant to them, but it's mine.

Bob - glad you had a good time. I guess most of the attendees were older rather than younger...... Because if they weren't, they'd have had absolutely no idea what to do without internet. Scream, shout, swear, blame the Government or anyone else they can think of. Actually talking to someone... What? Eh? Nah....

Andy - Fabulous views. I do hope you had all your PPE on - Helmet in case a bird drops one on you; Hi-vis to scare the birds away and so the locals can see you're up there; Full harness to stop you moving about and keep you away from the edge; Those big air bag things stunt men use to fall onto in case the full harness fails.... Oh, and how were the ladders fixed? I'm sure there must be more.......

Or did you just climb up and enjoy those beautiful views

Enjoy the day everyone.

Yes I know what you're saying Andy I've now closed that account & put the reason for closing it down to being scammed twice.
The bank has been in touch & said the money that was taken out of our debit account will be reimbursed

What a miserable wet day here, It's never stopped raining since I got up this morning, I noticed all the CCTV cameras are completely covered with spiders webs So I've been out in the rain with an old 8 metre roach pole from my fishing days with a soapy sponge tied to the end of it Webs gone, camera Lens all cleaned & jobs a good un.

Morning all. Grey ol day with the odd glimpse of that yellow thing. Chucked it down most of the night again & there's lots of standing water around.

Morning everyone.

Like you, Ian, it's been chucking it down but the big round yellow thing is putting in an appearance and it's due to be decent for the rest of the day .

Normal service is resumed for Quizzie now that we're back at home. After a big stretch, a big fuss and some breakfast she's now curled up and has gone back to sleep . It's a dog's life .

Back up North again this weekend so with a bit of luck she'll get to play in the sea again and chase the ball along the sand. Fingers crossed for the weather to do it .

Take care.

Afternoon all, scan result not a great one at the local hospital. The technician said I needed to be seen by the surgeons at the vascular unit at Southmead General Hospital. When I asked if I would be seen in two weeks or would it take years? she laughed but would not commit to when I will be seen. Then yesterday, checked wardrobe and discovered my new Harris Tweed jacket and Crombie overcoat had been ruined by moths, so not a fantastic day.

Any good news?

Blimey! Phil that's not what you wanted to hear from the technician, Hope they can see to you sooner rather than later, My younger brother had a bag fitted three weeks ago & he starts his chemo tomorrow at Christie's in Manchester.

Good news! I managed to undo the hot water fixing under the sink & put some fresh ptfe thread tape on it & really tighten it down, Jobs a good un.
