Hi Tim

My wheel cap arrived from SMC today. What did you use to cut the badge out neatly ?

I used snips to about 5mm then a bench wheel grinder. The old badge was the template, final adjustment was a hand file, then t cut on the edges.

On my old 75 I got a side window badge from an old Rover 200 from the scrapyard - removed the 75 badge & the 200 badge fitted perfectly.
I think the 400 series is the same.

The scrapyard man didn't charge me either!!
