me too, just finished refurbing my Meteors when wifey grinded the front passenger wheel , was fuming, she simply looked at me and said, cor get a grip, it only a ******* wheel, er excuse me, i spent a week on those wheels woman, no apology or anything

So what happens if you kurb or scuff your wheels when you have theses fitted, wont they look scruffy then you have to replace one or two can you buy individual protectors, they seem ok if you want to bling your wheels up or if you already have scuffed wheels they may hide them but cant decide if they would be worthwhile

If you get the full kit it comes with a trimming tool so you can pare the scuff from the guard restoring it to an unmarked condition.

Until the next scuff......... and the next..... and then end up with a guard that is full of nicks.....

Make up your own mind, but a lot cheaper than a a refurb if you have an "accident" As mentioned check your profile, not suitable for all tyres.

pretty much the same attitude with my wife, she caught the rear door with the hedge sheers causing a scratch and chip.

she thought it important enough not to mention it as it would have led to a right telling off, and to boot she made a right ****** mess of the hedge .
