Windscreen washer tube

Can anyone tell me where I can obtain about a meter length of the black reinforced windscreen washer tube used on the 75. I have made a temporary repair using the clear plastic stuff but it is nowhere near the same quality - and as it needs to thread through the tailgate I do not expect it to last long.
