Default Strange problem

Just walked out the door of my house and noticed the driver side indicator rear and wing (but not front bumper)illuminated. Haven’t drove the car from yesterday. Any ideas??

Is the indicator lever/stalk, up/down/neither?

If the indicator stalk was left in the up or down position could be parking lights have been activated.

I have no experience of this, but do they go off with the ignition on? and operate normally? Since it is on the side with common issues of chafed wiring, could there be a live to live touching from any cuts?

this was mine and was only visible on removal of the headlight unit.

Try a battery disconnect for half an hour. Could be the ECU having a bit of a tizzy...

A system reset might cure your problem.
