Plenum floor drain

Does anyone have a plenum floor drain?

(On my previous ZTT, I used to check and clean the drain regularly. When I bought my current car 6 years ago, I checked this and there wasn't a rubber drain plug. Now I read that there should be one as water can be trapped in an inner box section.)
