Facelift rear bumpers?

I am guessing that the rear bumper on the facelift 75 and ZT are the same apart from the exhaust cut-out?

Next question, is the exhaust trim fitted to the ZT bumper the same on both mk1 and mk2, or are they specific? What about the tourers, are they different again?

The bumpers are the same except for the exhaust cutout as you suspect.

I'm not sure about the exhaust trims but I expect the pre- and post-facelift versions are different due to the same of the bumpers at that point.

Mki an mki exhaust shield trims are different and saloon and tourer ones are also different.
