buying second hand is always an chance, unless it comes with an guarantee, it might be better to have the gearbox overhauled, at least then you know its going to be ok, always go somewhere that's been going long enough to have earnt a good reputation,

I have found it hard to get car owners in Peterborough
I live in Peterborough but we do not seem to want to meet and help each other in are area. Shame I work at so I cannot be there to organise anything, fingers crossed it will happen. You will have my support when home.
