Please tell that to the to the BMW drivers, and the corner cutters and the ones that will rather over take than wait, all at the same time a car maybe coming out of the same junction start taxing the bikes to be on the road, give then number plates, make sure they have insurance, wear an helmet, have lights on the bike, they wont do that as a lot would then go back to cars to commute.

I live in Portugal, drive a RHD ZTT and in 13 years it's not been a problem for us... However we have used the 'Dutch Method' since first hearing about it several years ago... Better safe than having someone plough into the opening doors...
