rear damper bolts
does anyone know what the bolt thread size is for the rear damper to hub bolts on the rover 75 kv6 stock hub. they are called dog nose !! or similar name. the size looks like it may be an english size as the nearest size in metric is 14 +mm x 2mm pitch. im looking to buy a tap just in case i have problems with a job coming up and needed to run a tap through . 14 + mm threads i have seen but up to 1.75 pitch only . never 2.0 so im thinking it may be an oddball size that rover have used ?
