I personally know this car and have driven it also, car is great condition for the year and has lots of power and spec well worth the money he is after on it if I had the space to keep it might even think about it myself but already got two myself so think my missus would draw the line there

I had a look at it on Thursday, immaculate interior with lowline nav, a bit of noise from the belts (tensioner??) very clean bodywork, well worth the asking price if you are prepared to do a little work.
