.....and in todays good news section the physio today has given me clearance to walk up and down stairs again and walk without the use of my stick (have to keep it with me though as am a tad wobbly).

11 months and 3 days post motorbike crash.

Still a long way to go, cbt to do, and at least one more op on the horizon by the looks, and not sure about all the metalwork holding me together, but today is a definate frown turned upside down day.

I've even been given clearance to go swimming (subject to scars reacting to chlorine and no breaststroke).

Roll on biking and working on my car.
