Good evening all! How is everyone? I take it everyone is full having read a few posts! I'm making my way through this book! It gets more interesting; especially the conditions people had to work in whilst erecting the Forth Road Bridge towers; @ 122 m, these started swaying 2.3 metres in high winds! *** working in that!

There is a plaque at the bridge with the names of those who died building it , the list is EXTENSIVE !!!
Correction , my post was about the rail bridge .

The plaque has names on both sides .
