I've been in the garage boxing up my new tools & electrical power tools drills/grinders/multimeters/battery chargers etc to be taken inside the house, It's getting damp in there now this time of year, I wish I had the dosh to heat it but I don't. The Rover was put away in the garage two days ago wet & it's still as wet this morning .

I've just snowfoamed it & towelled it dry.

Gotta take Mam to Bolton hospital for her heart/pacemaker check up later. lets hope I can find a parking space less than a bus ride away.

Yep, I've got some bug. I don't look as bad as Jeff, couldn't look that bad and still be breathing. I've got aches and pains, stiff joints, no energy and a dull headache. Think I got it from Ging, she's seriously choked up and mainlining Lemsip.

It's dry up here this morning, after some pretty heavy rain overnight. They're forecasting a "Polar blast" over the weekend for the North
Another pub meal for us tonight - son's 38th birthday, so the family are off for a snack in a local hostelry at teatime
Hi Rod, we landed in Zimbabwe on Monday, on our way to South Africa and the airport was desolate and very quiet. We had a spectacular run in, flying over Victoria Falls. I took a couple of photos with the phone As far as Mugabe is concerned, he should be tried for crimes against his own people, he deliberately starved millions and was responsible for hundreds of thousands of political killings by the 5th Brigade.

Evening all, what a dreary dark dank day it's been, I don't think we've turned the house lights off in two days.

Grrr trying to park at Bolton hospital at 2pm this afternoon was an absolute joke , I've never seen it as choabloc. Saving grace is mam's next appointment is May 2018

I think I must be coming down with something! I've not finished my favourite tea of smoked haddock new spuds & carrots/cauliflower & asparagus so I've hit the missus swilly cupboard just in case, Whisky & warm water
