Really? You can drink it on its own. I thought it was just an ingredient of coffee

Morning peeps,
A dry start here with the sun peeking from behind the clouds as well.

Rain forecast later though!

Hopefully will stay dry for work and for the builder who is coming to fit some new fence panels, posts and gravel boards in the garden.

Cool

Day 400 and it’s still raining, will we ever see the sun again.

On a positive note it’s essential shopping day. Might venture over the bridge to Tesco’s at Lee Mill.

Good morning all, morning Bob, Jeff an early start for you

Yesterday’s removal of the stitches was uneventful and there was no charge which was a nice surprise.

Then last night and rather clumsy of me…….,

I tripped!

Fell and bashed my head on a protruding wall nail ripping off the skin - red raw and being on anti-coagulants and scalp, there was lots of blood. Fortunately I was able to use steri-strips to close the wound.

Just off out to buy more Op-site waterproof dressing because tomorrow we are flying to the coast and I would like to go swimming. Salt water is healing

Jeff, have a great day making progress with the builder and no protrusions!

Good morning Steve

Did you see the episode when Bear Grylls squeezed it out of the Elephant dung into his mouth as a cure for dehydration. The expression on his face was something else

Morning Phil,

Sad to read you're in the 'Wars' again

I'm guessing you are going to have quite a bump on your bonce !

Stay safe Phil, no more trips to the Doctors needed for you.

I'm off now, back this afternoon .

P.s. Sun is still shining

Good morning to you all

Sunshine here this morning, although it was a rather windy start

The big white elephant will be on the move this morning to its summer home near Sandringham

I hope the new tenant at the big house keeps the noise down, and we get an invite to tea sometime during our stay

All the happiness that used to be

Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams
