EDIT - Obviously I have access to RAVE.
RAVE -> MG -> Technical Information -> ZT & ZT-T -> Workshop Manuals -> Service Description and Operation -> Front Suspension -> Description and Operation -> Description. (Section 60, page 7).

This is publication Part No. RCL0331 ENG (4th Edition)

Wow thankyou, somehow never been in that bit before!

EDIT - Just spent the last few mins reading through it, really gives you a sense of the thought the engineers must of put into this car - apparently the ribbing on the inside of the A-Pillar trims is actually part of a crumple zone for crash protection!

Get studying, I'll be asking questions to test your knowledge later.

Thread revival ;

Just going through this again at the moment

Seems Most rover Sources Don't list alternatives for Zeds and call up the same as Rov 75's .
well rimmers might not .

Powerflex seem the only ones who list something close to correct .

As far as I have found the Zeds have 24 mm at the front and 23 at the back , like my CDTI .

Out there and start measuring so we can get this sorted ..finally

teehee!!!

I've got the rear subframe out of my ZT-T 190+ to refurb the suspension and found that it has a 23mm ARB. So can we fit 23mm front bushes? Is the only difference between front and rear the the bore size?
Thanks for your expertise as ever!:

Rimmer list these 23mm bushes with different Part Numbers:

75 & ZT Front Bush RBX101310 See https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001541

ZT & ZTT Rear Bush RBX000180 See https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001546

I'd guess there must be a difference in the rubber, similar to the lower tie bar bushes.
