Heated washer jet question
Evening all
I fitted my replacement bonnet this afternoon and its got heated jets fitted, I've traced out the wiring in my car and plugged it in. My question is, do they work with the heated window circuits or is it part of the 'winter pack' that needs activating? |

They're wired the same as the mirrors. If you look behind the o's side indicator, you might find a green? plug wrapped up, plug & play if you're lucky, if not, have a read of this https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=155938
These Ford ones are miles better https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...&postcount=200 The jets were part of the + pack which included a bbus & xenons with washers Last edited by suzublu; 23rd September 2018 at 20:45.. |

Hi everyone sorry to butt in lol but I didn't know if our wing mirrors are heated? As I don't think mine work? I know it's a daft question but How can you test if they are working? 🤔
Again sorry for butting in. |

Just start the car, wait a few minutes and the mirror glass should be warm to the touch

Pop the mirror glass off & you'll see 2 spade connectors. Unplug the wires & clean everything up.

I did swap out the driver's side mirror glass on mine as I found it was poor at heating - I used an infra-red thermometer to check. |
